Principe de production
Cet équipement comprend une manivelle principale et deux arbres secondaires. Grâce à la conception spéciale portant, il est plus lisse en fonctionnement par rapport à la traditionnelle machine à ongles de décision. L’axe principal est entraîné directement par le moteur. En outre, les deux arbres secondaires utilisées séparément pour contrôler la partie de la pièce de coupe des ongles et ongles moule sont tirés par quatre engrenage conique.
Processus de production
Le fil de la roue de fil sera alimenté au centre de travail à travers le rouleau de fil de la machine fabrication de clous, puis la tête du clou est formé par le marquage de l’axe de poinçon après que le moule de l’ongle serre le fil tendu.
